Who we are

Live With Nature is a permaculture education and land restoration project based near Devil's Bridge, Aberystwyth, Wales, operating in partnership with EZ Permaculture.

What information we collect

When you register for the Open Day, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• Dietary requirements or accessibility needs you choose to share
• Food interests you indicate (optional, non-binding)
• A unique booking reference assigned to your registration
• Whether you opt in to receive occasional Live With Nature updates

We do not collect payment information. We do not use cookies.

How we use your information

• To manage your Open Day registration and send confirmation and entry pass
• To contact you about any changes to the event
• To plan food catering quantities (food interest data is shared with our caterer, Baba Jerk, in aggregate only)
• To send occasional updates about Live With Nature — only if you have opted in

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the registration form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address below.

How long we keep your data

Registration data is retained for up to 12 months following the event, after which it is securely deleted. If you have opted in to updates, we retain your contact details until you unsubscribe.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
