About Me
I’ve always been interested in how food connects people—to their health, to each other, and to the land it comes from. My role as Nutrition & Community Coordinator allows me to sit right at that meeting point, helping ensure that the way we grow food genuinely supports wellbeing, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
Working within a permaculture framework has shaped how I see food systems as living networks rather than isolated parts.
Nutrition isn’t just about what we eat, but how soil is cared for, how plants are grown, how communities share knowledge, and how access to good food is created and maintained.
I’m especially passionate about translating ecological growing practices into practical, nourishing outcomes that people can feel and benefit from in everyday life.
My approach is calm, thoughtful, and people-focused. I enjoy listening, learning, and helping connect dots—between growers and communities, ecology and nutrition, tradition and modern understanding. For me, permaculture is as much about relationships as it is about plants, and my work reflects that belief at every level.
